What We Do 

We provide immigration consulting assistance and advice on a variety of immigration matters. This assistance and advice includes completing immigration forms  and forms provided by federal or state agencies, translating documents from foreign languages, securing supporting documents, submitting completed forms on clients’ behalf to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, and making free referrals to other professionals.

Immigration Forms Preparation  We prepare at client’s request immigration forms and forms provided by different federal and states agencies. We prepare at client’s request adjustment of status packets and other packets of forms and documents for submission to USCIS and the U.S. Department of State.

These submissions include but are not limited to Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative, Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Resident or Adjust Status; Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization; Form I-864 Application for Travel Document; Affidavit of Support; and other related immigration and U.S. Department of State forms. We prepare at client’s request and submit Fiancée Visa packets including, Form I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancée, Form I-131 Affidavit of Support, and other related immigration and U.S. Department of State forms. We also can assist you with filing your application to renew your lost or expiring “Green Card” and preparing and filing your Form N-400 Application for Naturalization and Form N-600 Application for Certificate of Citizenship.

Securing Supporting Documentation 

We can assist in obtaining replacements of your personal documents, certified copies of court documents such as divorce judgments, criminal civil courts judgments, and criminal history records from the State Department of Justice.
